The primary objective of ANCHISE is to develop a worldwide approach to address the critical need for safeguarding cultural heritage in Europe. Particularly, the project aims to bridge the gap between new technologies and the stakeholders engaged in cultural heritage protection.

The workshop will address essential aspects of combating illicit trafficking, focusing on the identification of the users' needs and gaps in the Tools, Techniques and Methods (TTM) available in the field. The workshop will be split into three sessions, representing the three axes of the project:  Prevention, Discovery and Stoppage. During the sessions, three speakers will share their expertise and experience in the field, highlighting the technologies, tools and methods that have assisted them and any gaps in the area they feel need to be addressed.

Following the presentation, there will be an open discussion with the participants, moderated by an expert of the ANCHISE project, allowing for further engagement and knowledge exchange on the topics. Your expertise will undoubtedly enrich the discussions and help identify strategies and solutions to address users’ needs. Your participation will significantly contribute to the workshop's success, fostering constructive discussions and paving the way for more effective collaborations and approaches to combating illicit trafficking.
